Because this is an import CD from The Netherlands, I first thought that this is the Dutch band called Inferno who released their only demo tape “Terror Strike“ in 1986 and changed their name to Silenxce later. But this is an American band from the same era who also never came out of the demo status. I really don´t know why because this is pretty good! They release two demos in 1989 and 1991 which are both featured here; unfortunately with mixed tracks and not chronologically. But who cares? They played technical Thrash Metal with melodic vocals, just in the vein of bands like Toxik, Blind Illusion, Heathen, Vektor or Flotsam And Jetsam. Despite the technical skills the album sounds pretty straight though. Also the sound quality is pretty good for such old demo recordings. Although the music is mostly technically-played, this CD is straight and kicks ass! US Metal fans who like some obscure stuff should check this!
