BruuT is an Oldschool Deathmetal band from Tilburg, The Netherlands. The band was formed in 2017 by members of Acrostichon and Crustacean and sounds to me like a mixture between Pestilence and Macabre, especially vocal-wise. Yes Corinne-Acrostichon (bass-vokills) and more still has her growling vocal skills. Also the thundering drums by Joris, Crustacean and more, and heavy monster-riffs, all with a great seventies vibe by Mr. Albert (Crustacean) are tight and intense as always. As well as the song-writing and production, it all suits perfectly together. Dirty old school rocking stuff with HC Punk twist and even a slice of classic Rock is added to their music, All especially due Albert’s way of guitar-playing. You can hear his influences clearly. Too bad in these Covid19 times and considering the (older) age of the musicians, I guess this band will not going to do any big tours and such. Still music wise this band is full of talents and is here to stay and will please every old school headbanger for sure! Keep an eye on BruuT from the City of KILLBURG!!!!
