Active since the year 1982, from San Francisco, California. These Americans started at a very young age. The band’s new album is a covid live stream concert at the Great American Music Hall in San Francisco back in 2021 and I love it. All great kicking bass-drums, great twin guitarwork and Mark Osegueda's vocals are soothing as one of the very best vocalist's in Metal period. The new live album without audience is filled with classics all over their discography, including a Black Sabbath cover, ‘Falling Off The Edge Of The World’. Overall the band from the Bay is playing Thrash Metal on the edge of classical Heavy Metal, all with a lot of technical instrumental parts and full of melodies. A very skilled new release, with a lot of variety , including 2 acoustic songs.
The new live highlight of DEATH ANGEL "The bastard tracks" will be released as CD plus Blu-ray.
It will also be released as springtime green/dark grey splatter double LP in a gatefold. Limited to 700 copies!
