The US Poser killers Thrust we’re formed in Chicago back in the year 1981 and till today, the band is based in Los Angeles, CA. After the first album ‘Fist held High’ from the year 1984, the band moved to Los Angeles, but everyone (except Ron Cooke) quickly moved back to Chicago. Ron continued to play shows as Thrust with an all new band featuring Chuck (aka Chaz or Chas) West on vocals and other members known only as Spike, Mike, Clay and Peter. All band history written in a few short lines. Let’s speak about the 5th new studio-album. Thrust has been great since the beginning with an awesome classic Metal sound,  good song structures and a nice recorded sound. The  music sounds a bit like: Anthrax meets Metallica.  The vocals do remind me to John Bush (Anthrax, Armored Saint).

Even there are no real violent headbanging classics on it like: Posers Will Die (originally tune from 1984). This is a very good new studio album, I like it a lot.
