British Thrashers Solitary were formed in the year 1994, too late I guess?…. Nevertheless the band released a big bunch of releases, including four full-length studio albums. Also it seems the band never really disappeared and it’s cool to see they survived so many trends (through the 90ies and 2000’s) with their old school Thrash Metal. A band like these got my support. Just bands and musicians who don’t care if something is popular or not. Like US, For The Passion And Not The Fashion. Old School Thrash Metal in its purest form, all with some really great riffs/solo’s, steady bass and drums and a vocalist that reminds me of a classic singer like: Chuck Billy from the American Thrash Metal band Testament. Last but not least, Solitary released an fabulous new album, all with the help of the world renowned producer Simon Efemey (Napalm Death, Paradise Lost, Obituary and Amorphis).
