FORE is a NEW!!! Punk Rock band formed by Jeramie Kling (Venom Inc, Massacre, The Absence), Taylor Nordberg (Massacre, The Absence), Christian "Speesy" Giesler (ex-Kreator), and Brian Stephenson (Old James, Skull Fist). About this new act, well it’s some really great American styled early nineties Punk Rock with Thrash/ Speed Metal approach. Think about bands like: Pennywise, Bad Religion meets Alice In Chains and several American Metalbands from the glory days. Great well played music incl. good structured songs with a great feelgood vibe. A travel back in time, with an old school designed compact with an artwork & disc itself that reflex us back to the old days. The artwork of the album is clearly inspired by classic Rock albums from ZZ Top and Deep Purple. A really great limited CD for old farts like myself, love it!
-Final note, I like the fact, the band is playing a style of music that’s not so much common and hyped these days, so pretty cool these guys choose the path they like their selves, this is the definition of real METALPUNK for me!
