Anvil, the supergroup from Toronto, Canada, with its two masterminds, Steve ‘Lips’ Kudlow and Robb Reiner, and bassist Chris Robertson are back with their 20th (!) studio album. What to say?
Lips and it’s band do really sound fantastic. The album sounds old school as always, all with a great groove and catchy song choruses. This band really never changed (neither in songwriting, nor production wise and not in the way they look). Anvil always do what their wild headbanging fans like most. Playing traditional Heavy f#cking Metal like it’s still 1983.
