The American Power Thrash Metal band Trauma was started way back in the year 1981 in San Francisco, California.
Trauma is notable for being Cliff Burton's band before he joined Metallica in late 1982. They never released an album when Burton was in the band, but he played on at least one demo cassette.
Trauma reformed in 2013 as Shrapnel Records asked the band to support the reissue of the Scratch and Scream album.
Now in 2022, the band released their 4th full length studio album in their career and what can I say… Fucking awesome US Power Metal with Teutonic elements, think about a band like Helloween. Powerful, heavy and full of energy.The band from the Bay Area kicks some serious ass.
The songs are catchy and well-done produced. Kick ass Power Metal with raging guitar parts, thundering bass and drums and a great vocalist .
For The Passion Not The Fashion is also responsible for a part of the European tour the band will do this summer, August 13th 2022 the band will play at the Little Devil bar in Tilburg the Netherlands, together with the young German old school Thrash Metal band Paxtilence they will bring you in a serious moshpit. So Thrashers, do not miss it and be there!
